Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, cashews, or your choice)
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Stir in the matcha powder until well combined.
- Add nuts and coconut flakes, mixing thoroughly.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 30 minutes.
