Ingredients

- 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the pitted dates with chopped almonds and walnuts.
- Form small balls with the mixture.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each date ball into the melted chocolate.
- Place the chocolate-covered bites on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
