Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, flour, cardamom, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Press the dough into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until firm.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- For a stronger cardamom flavor, increase the amount used.
