- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix tahini, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt.
- Add chopped almonds and stir until well combined.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into slices and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
- Use other nuts if preferred.
