Delicious chocolate almond butter cups made with simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
  2. Stir in honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  4. Pour a layer of chocolate into each liner.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from fridge and add almond butter on top of the chocolate layer.
  7. Cover almond butter with remaining melted chocolate.
  8. Chill again for 30 minutes until set.

  • Store in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Use natural almond butter for best flavor.
