Delicious chocolate almond butter cups made with simple ingredients.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Stir in honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a layer of chocolate into each liner.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Remove from fridge and add almond butter on top of the chocolate layer.
- Cover almond butter with remaining melted chocolate.
- Chill again for 30 minutes until set.
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
- Use natural almond butter for best flavor.
- Substitute maple syrup for honey for a vegan option.
