Ingredients

- 1 can of tuna (5 oz)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Toast the bread slices in the pan until golden brown.
- Spread the tuna mixture over the toasted bread.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust the chipotle sauce for desired spiciness.
- Use whole grain bread for added fiber.
