Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, parsley, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add steak pieces to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak bites for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
