- 2 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breast with the spice mixture.
- Grill or bake the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
- In bowls, layer mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and sliced chicken.
- Drizzle with tahini sauce and lemon juice before serving.
