Description
Grilled chicken skewers served with a rich peanut sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (for sauce)
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken strips with soy sauce, vegetable oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, mix peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, soy sauce, and chili sauce over low heat until smooth.
- Serve the chicken skewers with peanut sauce on the side.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by adding more or less chili sauce.
- Serve with fresh vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
