Description
You grill marinated chicken and vegetables on skewers.
Ingredients

- 1.5 pounds chicken breast
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 red onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Mix oil lemon juice garlic salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Put chicken in the bowl and coat each piece.
- Slide chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
- Heat your grill to medium high.
- Put skewers on the grill.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Turn skewers to brown all sides.
- Take skewers off when chicken is done.
Notes
- Soak wood skewers in water before you grill.
- Cut pieces to the same size.
- Keep the grill lid closed.
