Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup crepes
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the crepes and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shredded chicken to the sauce and mix well.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center of each crepe.
- Roll the crepes tightly and place them seam-side down on a serving plate.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
