Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, and milk to create a batter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, swirling to cover the bottom.
- Cook until the edges lift, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture in each crepe.
- Fold the crepe over the filling and serve warm.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add herbs for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
