- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Place your chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add the beans, corn, and salsa.
- Pour the chicken broth over the top.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning on the food.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve the mixture over rice.
