Ingredients

- 1 cup cherry puree
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare cherry puree by blending fresh or canned cherries.
- In a bowl, mix cherry puree and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Add melted chocolate to the cherry mixture and stir well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the mixture and roll in crushed nuts or cocoa powder.
- Place truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
Notes
- Use fresh cherries for better flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of powdered sugar.
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
