Ingredients

  • 2 large egg yolks

  • 1/2 cup cherry preserves
  • Fresh cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease four ramekins and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over simmering water.
  4. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla. Mix well.
  6. Fold in flour until just combined.
  7. Pour batter into ramekins, filling halfway.
  8. Place a spoonful of cherry preserves in the center of each ramekin.
  9. Cover with remaining batter.
  10. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm.
  11. Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
  12. Garnish with fresh cherries.
