  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.
  6. In a bowl, combine feta and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place a spoonful of cheese mixture on each circle.
  8. Fold the dough over the filling to form a boat shape and pinch the edges to seal.
  9. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
