Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.
- In a bowl, combine feta and mozzarella cheese.
- Place a spoonful of cheese mixture on each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling to form a boat shape and pinch the edges to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For a different flavor, add herbs like parsley or mint to the cheese mixture.
- Serve warm for the best taste.
- These can be frozen before baking for later use.
