- 1 cup sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup beetroot, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and slice the vegetables thinly.
- In a bowl, toss the vegetable slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Let cool before serving.
