Description
Chapli Kabab is a flavorful minced meat patty popular in South Asian cuisine, especially in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Ingredients

- 500g minced beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix minced beef with all the ingredients.
- Form the mixture into flat patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with naan or rice.

- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Chill the patties for 30 minutes before frying for better shape.
