- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup caviar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- In one bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken piece in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken nuggets until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Top with caviar before serving.

- Use fresh caviar for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
