This is a creamy and savory dip made with caramelized onions.
Ingredients

- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the caramelized onions to the mixture and stir well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
