Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp, deveined
  • 1 pound crab legs
  • 4 ears of corn, halved
  • 1 pound potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • Water, enough to fill the pot

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and add Cajun seasoning and garlic.
  2. Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
  3. Add potatoes to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp and crab legs, cooking until shrimp is pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Drain the pot and squeeze lemon over the seafood.
  7. Serve hot on a platter or newspaper.
