- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed mini Cadbury eggs
Instructions
- Combine oat flour and protein powder in a bowl.
- Stir in almond butter, honey, and vanilla.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in the crushed mini eggs.
- Roll the mixture into twelve small balls.
- Place balls on a tray and refrigerate for thirty minutes.
