Description
A fresh and creamy burrata cheese served with sweet roasted strawberries and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
Ingredients

- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 2 cups of strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the strawberries with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the strawberries on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Place the burrata on a serving plate.
- Spoon the roasted strawberries over the burrata.
- Drizzle with extra balsamic if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness with more or less honey.
- Pair with toasted bread for a complete dish.
