Description

A fresh and creamy burrata cheese served with sweet roasted strawberries and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.


Ingredients

  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 2 cups of strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the strawberries with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the strawberries on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  6. Place the burrata on a serving plate.
  7. Spoon the roasted strawberries over the burrata.
  8. Drizzle with extra balsamic if desired.
  9. Serve immediately.
