Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter.
  4. Place the battered florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the baked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and olive oil.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with your choice of dip.
