Crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower wings made from fresh cauliflower.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter.
- Place the battered florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix the baked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and olive oil.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of dip.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by choosing mild or hot buffalo sauce.
- Serve with celery sticks for crunch.
