Deliciously rich brown butter chocolate chunk cookies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and mix in brown sugar and granulated sugar.
- Stir in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container.
