A comforting casserole with broccoli, chicken, rice, and cheddar cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, broccoli, and cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture into the rice mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- Substitute brown rice for added nutrition.
- Top with extra cheese before baking for a cheesier dish.
