Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, broccoli, and cheddar cheese.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the soup mixture into the rice mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
