Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup cooked halal sausage
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add the cooked halal sausage to the skillet.
- Pour in the whisked eggs and scramble until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheese.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
- Divide the egg mixture among tortillas and roll them up.
- Serve hot.
