- 2 cups tapioca flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated cheese (Parmesan or mozzarella)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine milk, vegetable oil, and salt. Heat until simmering.
- Pour the hot mixture over the tapioca flour in a bowl. Stir until combined.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the grated cheese.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
