Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Place halibut fillets in the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Add baby potatoes and fish stock to the skillet.
  6. Cover and transfer the skillet to the oven.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Add asparagus and lemon juice, then cover and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
  9. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
