Ingredients

- 1 cup bone marrow (scooped from roasted canoe bones)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in bone marrow until melted.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for better texture.
- You can add protein like chicken or shrimp.
