Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter and roasted bone marrow until well combined.
- Add minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and shape it into a log.
- Wrap tightly and refrigerate until firm.
- Slice into rounds and place on grilled meats just before serving.
