Description
A refreshing drink combining blueberries, lavender, and lemon.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup of water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add dried lavender and let steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher.
- Add lemon juice and remaining water. Stir well.
- Add fresh blueberries and serve over ice.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Garnish with fresh lavender or lemon slices.
