A refreshing drink combining blueberries, lavender, and lemon.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup of water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add dried lavender and let steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher.
  4. Add lemon juice and remaining water. Stir well.
  5. Add fresh blueberries and serve over ice.
