Ingredients

- 2 sea bass fillets
- 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the sea bass fillets with blackening seasoning.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and heat.
- Cook the sea bass for 4-5 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and cilantro to make the salsa.
- Serve the blackened sea bass topped with mango salsa.

- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeño.
