Description

A creamy dessert infused with the rich flavor of black sesame.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup black sesame paste
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Stir in black sesame paste and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and add bloomed gelatin. Stir until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.

Notes

  • Serve with fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
