A creamy dessert infused with the rich flavor of black sesame.
Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup black sesame paste
- 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Stir in black sesame paste and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add bloomed gelatin. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
Notes
- Serve with fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Can be made a day ahead.
