Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 cup assorted herbs (rosemary, thyme)
- 1 cup cheese (mozzarella or feta)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Flatten the dough and place herbs and cheese in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and reshape into a round loaf.
- Place on a baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
