Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Flatten the dough and place herbs and cheese in the center.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and reshape into a round loaf.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
