Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Line your baking sheet.
- Mix flour sugar baking powder and salt.
- Cut cold butter into cubes.
- Mix butter into flour with your hands.
- Add blueberries and lemon zest.
- Whisk cream and egg.
- Pour cream into flour.
- Stir until dough forms.
- Pat dough into a circle.
- Cut into 8 pieces.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
