Description

- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 0.5 red onion sliced
- 0.5 cup dill pickles sliced
- 0.25 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Instructions
- Form the ground beef into four equal patties.
- Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper.
- Place a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for four minutes on each side until browned.
- Divide the lettuce among four bowls.
- Place tomatoes, onions, and pickles on top of the lettuce.
- Add one cooked beef patty to each bowl.
- Top the meat with shredded cheese.
- Stir the mustard and mayonnaise together in a dish.
- Pour the sauce over each bowl before you serve.

- Choose lean beef to reduce grease.
- Add sliced avocado for extra texture.
- Store leftovers in separate containers to keep the lettuce crisp.
