Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  2. Add water and stir well.
  3. Cover the jar with a cloth and secure it with a rubber band.
  4. Let it ferment at room temperature for 3 to 5 days, stirring daily.
  5. Once fermented, add lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Strain the liquid into bottles and refrigerate.
