A delicious recipe for beef kebabs served with cucumber yogurt and rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Shape the mixture into kebabs and skewer them.
- Grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, and lemon juice.
- Serve kebabs with cucumber yogurt and rice.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Serve with pita bread if desired.
