- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate beef in soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in oyster sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
