Instructions
- Rinse the bean sprouts under cold water.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
