Description
A quick and healthy stir-fry featuring fresh bean sprouts.
Ingredients

- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, cook for 1 more minute.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions.

- Serve hot as a side dish or main course.
- Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
