Instructions

- Add heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla; mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each.
- Sift in flour; mix until combined.
- Pour batter into a lined springform pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is dark brown.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
