- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the scallops and pat them dry.
- In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place the scallops in a baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until scallops are cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
