Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 2 cups milk (or non-dairy milk)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the berries gently.
- Divide the mixture into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden.
- Let cool and remove from the tin.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Reheat in the microwave before serving.
