Ingredients

- 200g feta cheese
- 300g pasta of your choice
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 150g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a baking dish, place feta cheese in the center.
- Add sliced onions and sun-dried tomatoes around the feta.
- Drizzle olive oil over ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until feta is golden.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta and set aside.
- Once baked, mix the feta and vegetables together.
- Add cooked pasta to the baking dish and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Adjust the amount of garlic based on your preference.
