Ingredients

- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 cup cornflour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- In a bowl, mix cornflour, breadcrumbs, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt.
- Coat each paneer cube with the mixture.
- Drizzle oil over the coated paneer cubes.
- Place the paneer in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dip.
