Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes.
- Make lattice cuts in each potato, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Brush the potatoes with olive oil.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden.

- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
