Description

Crispy and flavorful accordion potatoes made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes.
  3. Make lattice cuts in each potato, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Brush the potatoes with olive oil.
  5. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden.
