Instructions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add elbow macaroni and cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain the water, leaving a small amount.
- Add butter, milk, and cheese to the pot.
- Stir until cheese is melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
